Education industry, helps her to connect with diverse participants.
With this vast years of experience, she has achieved an excellence
in planning and directing all levels of employees to achieve
customer satisfaction while maintaining organizational goals. She
is an highly adaptable communicator with excellent
communication skills to interact with all levels of management
and employees.
She started her career as POSH Consultant and Trainer in 2019
after being certified as POSH Trainer. Currently, she is an external
member of 5 companies, has sensitized 3000+ employees and
conducted 20+ batches of Trainer the Trainer programme for
POSH. She won Global Achievers Award in 2022 in the category of
‘Best Soft Skills & POSH Trainer’ presented by NIST.
